Delivery

We offer delivery throughout mainland England, Scotland and Wales at no additional cost.

If you choose our professional installation service (£990), we'll manage the entire delivery and installation process from start to finish, ensuring your sauna arrives safely and is professionally assembled without you having to organise anything.

If you choose self-assembly, delivery is still included, but you will be responsible for unloading the sauna from the delivery vehicle and moving it onto your property.

Delivery Time

Lead Time

Most orders are delivered within up to 3 weeks.

Once your sauna is ready for dispatch, our logistics team will contact you by email to arrange a suitable delivery date. After the delivery date has been agreed, your order will be handed to our transport partner for delivery.

Self-assembly orders

Preparing for Delivery

Customers choosing self-assembly are responsible for preparing for delivery. Please read the following information carefully so everything runs smoothly on the day.

Access & Vehicle Requirements

Deliveries are made using trucks between 10 and 17 metres long, depending on the size of the sauna.

  • Sufficient access for large vehicles
  • Enough space for turning or reversing
  • No height restrictions such as trees, cables or gates
  • Any necessary road restrictions have been considered

Unloading Area

The unloading area should be:

  • Flat
  • Solid
  • Large enough for safe unloading
  • If unloading must take place on a public road, customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or traffic management

Unloading Equipment

Delivery includes transportation to your address only. Customers choosing self-assembly are responsible for unloading the sauna from the delivery vehicle and moving it onto their property.

  • Suitable lifting equipment or a sufficient number of people should be arranged before delivery
  • The delivery driver cannot unload the sauna or move it onto your property

How your sauna arrives

Fjord Models

Fjord models are delivered using a tail lift truck, making unloading much simpler.

Nord Models

Nord models are also delivered using a tail lift truck.

All Other Outdoor Saunas

All other outdoor sauna models are delivered using a 17 metre articulated truck (semi-trailer) without a crane or tail lift.

Customers choosing self-assembly must arrange suitable unloading equipment such as:

  • Forklift
  • Crane
  • Another suitable lifting solution capable of safely unloading the sauna

Customers using the Glô House installation service (£990) do not need to arrange unloading, as we manage the entire delivery and installation process.
